Training
Clinical Teaching and Training
We have medical students from University of Exeter Medical School training with Doctors periodically and we are a GP training practice. We also have allied healthcare profession students, including Nursing, Paramedic, and Physiotherapist. All patients will be asked at consultation if they mind having a student present.
Non-Clinical Staff Training
The practice supports vocational training of non-clinical staff. Several members of staff hold NVQs in Customer Service, Business Administration, Dispensing Services, or Management. The practice was awarded the Education and Training Skills' Employer of the Year Award in 2018 in recognition of its commitment to non-clinical staff training.
