If you would like to request a GP appointment or advice, Monday – Friday, please submit an online form via our website between 8am and 12noon, call us on 01837 52233 or visit the practice between 8.00am and 6.30pm.

If you need urgent clinical care between 6pm and 6.30pm, please call and hold to be diverted to our clinical cover service. Please note, we will not have on-site clinical cover during this time.

Or for routine care matters such as admin or repeat prescription requests, please call and press option 2 to speak to an advisor, or visit the practice.

If we cannot see you the same day that you contact us and you need to be seen, we may have to direct you to another service such as a walk-in centre or A&E.

Our online “I have an admin or routine care request” form is available all day. Please do not submit a request for a GP appointment or advice via this form, as it will not be viewed by a clinician and you will be asked to resubmit your request using the correct form.

If you need more urgent help, call your GP. If your GP practice is closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999.

* Please note that the Dispensary is open between 8.15am – 1.00pm & 2.00pm – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. The Minor Injury Unit is open between 8.15am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
