If you would like to request a GP appointment or advice, please submit an online form via our website between 8am and 12noon, call us on 01837 52233 between 8.30am and 6pm or visit the practice between 8.15am and 6pm Monday – Friday

If you call us between 8am and 8.30am or 6pm and 6.30pm, you will be put through to our cover service, which provides call handling in the morning and clinical cover in the evening.

If we cannot see you the same day that you contact us and you need to be seen, we may have to direct you to another service such as a walk-in centre or A&E.

OUR ONLINE “I HAVE AN ADMIN OR ROUTINE REQUEST” FORM IS AVAILABLE ALL DAY.

Please do not submit a request for a GP appointment or advice via this form, as it will not be viewed by a clinician and you will be asked to resubmit your request using the correct form.

If you need medical help before weekdays 8am or after 6.30pm, weekends or bank holidays, PLEASE RING NHS 111 OR VISIT NHS 111 ONLINE https://111.nhs.uk/
