Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Part-time post 2/3 days weekly.

We are looking for an experienced health care professional who can join our forward thinking same day team.

The main duties of the job will be working alongside the same day team (GPs, nurse practitioners & paramedics) carrying our phone triage, home visits and working in the minor injuries unit.
An independent prescribing qualification is recommended but support with obtaining this qualification can be discussed.
