If you have any complaints or concerns about the service you have received either from the doctors or the staff working here, or have any suggestions as to ways we can improve the service, please let us know.
There is a suggestions book available in reception or for more serious matters you can contact the Practice Manager, by telephone or in writing.
The Practice Manager will ensure that all complaints are investigated as thoroughly and as speedily as possible. A full copy of our complaints procedure, which conforms to the NHS criteria, is available at reception.
