The Practice
We are a large semi-rural dispensing practice covering an area of approximately 300 square miles. We aim to provide a high standard of personalised health care for you and your family. We have been in the present purpose built building since 1991 and work closely with an experienced and integrated team of health professionals within the practice, the community and our local hospital.

Practice Boundary
We are only able to provide services for people who live within the practice boundary shown on the map below.

Registering as a New Patient
If you wish to register as a new patient with the practice, please call in at reception and complete a registration form.

New Patient Checks
If you are newly registered with the practice or have changed doctor you will be offered a health check with the practice nurse. This involves a health questionnaire and simple checks such as blood pressure and weight. Please bring a urine sample to this check-up.

Temporary Residents
If a visitor to your home needs to see a doctor, you may make arrangements for them to be seen at the practice on a temporary basis for a maximum of 3 months. Anyone staying longer than this should register with a doctor.
