is important to us that all aspects of your visits are dealt
within the strictest confidence. All members of staff have access
to patient information as part of their working tasks. They have
all signed confidentiality clauses within their contracts.

Training: All
staff members are committed to and fully involved in continuing
post-graduate education and training generally. Each doctor has
annual study leave. We have medical students from Peninsula Medical
School training with one doctor periodically. All patients will
be asked before a consultation if they mind having a student
present.
Aggression
and Violence: All our staff are here to try
and help. Please treat them with courtesy and consideration.
Verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated by any of
our staff and in the event of this occurring we will exercise
our right to inform the police or have perpetrators removed
from our medical list.
Recycling: As
a Practice we are keen to contribute towards the well being of
the environment. To this end, we have all confidential information
securely shredded by Shred It and the material recycled. All
magazines are recycled.
